Meet Our Team

Management

The Management Team is available from 8:30AM – 5PM, Monday through Friday. The Management Team is led by Stephanie Andrews, the Vice President, Senior General Manager. Laci Settles is the Senior Property Associate.

Engineering

The Engineering staff is available from 7AM – 6PM, Monday through Friday. The Engineering team is led by Johnny Mercedes, Chief Engineer.

500 L’Enfant Plaza’s janitorial staff is available from 8AM – 5PM, Monday through Friday. The day matron is Dina Escobar. Evening services are provided after 6PM, Monday through Friday.

Security

The security guard is on-site in the building lobby from 7AM – 7PM, Monday through Friday.
